Green left Texas after three seasons in Austin, where he racked up 8 starts in 30 games. He was recruited out of high school by current Bulldog safeties coach Jason Washington. He was rated as the #17 player in the country by 247 Sports following his senior season at Heights High School in Houston, TX, coming as the #3 cornerback in the class and the #1 player in the state of Texas. Green will need a waiver to be immediately eligible at Mississippi State, and will have two years left to play. He will be enrolled for the spring semester at Mississippi State, and able to go through spring drills. With this addition, Mississippi State has three spots remaining in its 2021 signing class.
