Public asked to help locate Jackson teen who has been missing for 6 months

Assistance from the public is requested to help locate a Jackson teenager who has been missing for more than half a year.

The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) is asking people to join its efforts in finding missing 16-year-old Aaliyah Joseph. Aaliyah Joseph

Joseph was only 15 when she went missing from her Jackson home on July 7, 2023. She is believed to have traveled out of state.

The teenager is described as 5-foot-6 and weighing 137 pounds when she was last seen. She has brown eyes, brown hair, and multiple tattoos.

Anybody with information about Joseph or her disappearance is asked to contact (1-800) 843-5678 or the Jackson Police Department at (601) 960-1234. Those who may happen to locate the teen are urged not to approach her and to contact authorities immediately.
