Rep. Bain discusses Corinth schools resuming class

The topic of whether schools should be in-person or not is front and center now that the Corinth School District, which operates on a year-round academic calendar, became one of the first schools in the country to resume in-person instruction five days per week.

The district in North Mississippi returned to campus this past Monday on a modified academic calendar. On one hand, many people are critical of the decision, while on the other hand, a lot of Mississippians agree with the call to move full steam ahead.

Representative Nick Bain, who represents the state’s second district, joined The Gallo Show today to provide his thoughts on the decision to resume classes. Watch the video below to hear what all the Judiciary B Committee chair had to say.
