For the fifth day in a row, some driver service bureaus will be closed as parts of north Mississippi and the Delta are still reeling from Winter Storm Fern.
The Mississippi Department of Public Safety announced driver service bureaus will be closed Friday in Batesville, Cleveland, Corinth, Greenville, Greenwood, Grenada, Nesbit, New Albany, Olive Branch, and Oxford. While those 10 are closed for the day and could be closed into next week, the number is down from earlier in the week when 22 bureaus were forced to close.
All driver service bureaus in central and southern Mississippi have been operating as normal since Tuesday.
Those looking to renew driver’s licenses can do it online here.
