One of Mississippi’s favorite sports bars is also one of America’s favorites, according to BetUS.
In a new poll based on Google reviews and food and drink prices, The Project Lounge in Biloxi was named the No. 1 sports bar in the U.S. The Project Lounge topped the list that included spots in Wisconsin, Colorado, Maryland, Maine, and other states.
“Sporting an impressive 4.70 on Google reviews, The Project Lounge in Biloxi, Mississippi has been ranked as the top sports bar in the U.S.,” BetUS staff wrote. “With the cheapest beer price at $2.50 and burgers available for just $6, The Project Lounge is one of the most affordable sports bars across the U.S. According to Google reviews, Sunday nights are the best nights to visit the sports bar as all football games are played.”
Speaking of burgers, The Project Lounge is considered by many as the home of the best burger in the entire state. With a special rub that only the owners and kitchen staff know what’s in it, you’ll be wanting to order another one by the time you swallow the first bite.
If you’re not in the mood for a burger, The Project Lounge offers complimentary popcorn as well as a menu that features steaks, tuna dip, hoagies, and hot dogs. Hours of operation are every day from 11 a.m. to 4 a.m.
Two other Mississippi sports bars also cracked the list from BetUS with Hurley Huddle Sports Grill in Moss Point coming in at No. 6 and 4th & Goal Sports Café in Jackson landing at No. 19.
