A trial date has been set for a Pearl woman accused of stealing money from the Brandon High School band’s booster fund.

Rankin County District Attorney Bubba Bramlett announced that 42-year-old Donna Gladney Floyd will appear in court beginning April 29, 2024.

Deputies arrested Floyd in late May for allegedly embezzling more than $45,000 intended for the high school band. She was later indicted for the crime.

According to investigators, the case was first brought to their attention by the Rankin County School District and Brandon High School officials.
