A pair of brothers are the second and third arrests made by law enforcement in connection with a mass shooting in southeast Mississippi.
The deadly gunfire killed one and injured eight others at the Fayette Day Festival on May 31. Rayshaude Hudson, 22, was the victim who lost his life.
On Monday, 22-year-old Michael Ross Jr. and 21-year-old Devon Ross were arrested by U.S. Marshals in Vicksburg. Both were charged with murder.
Two weeks ago, 20-year-old Coutez D’Henry Damper was also arrested and charged with murder.
The case is being led by the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation, the Fayette Police Department, and the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, is still ongoing, with more arrests likely.
