What’s next for SCOTUS after the loss of Justice Ginsburg?

With the unfortunate passing of longtime Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, University of Mississippi Law Professor Ronald Rychlak joined today’s episode of The Gallo Show to talk about where the SCOTUS goes from here.

As reported by Fox News, President Trump already has five names in mind, however, the Senate will need a majority vote in order to confirm the 45th president’s nomination.

Rychlak further explains the process in the video below, plus he provides his prediction on who will succeed Ginsburg, who served in the Supreme Court for more than 27 years.
