Fireworks for Mississippians of all ages to enjoy will be occurring across the state beginning Wednesday and throughout the weekend to celebrate the Fourth of July.

Here’s where to catch a fireworks show near you:

Wednesday, July 3 

Biloxi – Biloxi Shuckers Independence Day Fireworks Extravaganza | Tickets 

What: Biloxi Shuckers vs. Mississippi Braves baseball, followed by the largest fireworks show of the year 

Where: MGM Park 

When: 6:35 p.m. gametime 

Hattiesburg & Petal – 2024 Star-Spangled Celebration on the River | Free 

What: Live music, vendors, and fireworks 

Where: Hattiesburg’s Chain Park and Petal River Park 

When: 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. 

Jackson – Jackson’s Fireworks Extravaganza | Free

What: Kids zone, food vendors, live music, and fireworks show 

Where: Smith Wills Stadium 

When: Gates open 4:30 p.m., fireworks display at 8:45 p.m. 

Laurel – Annual Laurel Fireworks Display | Free 

What: Fireworks show 

When: 9:15 p.m. 

Where: Sawmill Square Mall 

Madison – Madison’s 4th of July Fireworks Show | Free 

What: Fireworks show 

Where: Liberty Park 

When: 9 p.m. 

Ocean Springs – Annual Independence Day Celebration & Fireworks | Free

What: Live music, vendors, and fireworks show 

Where: Fort Maurepas Park 

When: Event begins at 6 p.m., fireworks show at 9 p.m. 

Wiggins – Independence Day Celebration 

What: Food trucks, live music, kids’ activities, and fireworks show 

Where: Flint Creek Water Park 

When: Events begin at 3 p.m., fireworks show at 9 p.m. 

Thursday, July 4 

Aberdeen – The 5th Annual Taste of Aberdeen Family Reunion | Free 

What: Community sports tournament, followed by a car show, spades and cornhole tournament, and live music, all followed by a fireworks show. 

Where: Aberdeen High School 

When: Events begin at 9 a.m., 6 p.m. live music followed by fireworks  

Bay St. Louis – Lighting Up ‘Da Bay | Free 

What: Community fireworks show 

Where: Catfish Bayou / Old Coca Cola Plant on the Jourdan River 

When: 8:45 p.m.  

Belmont – Belmont’s 2024 4th of July Fireworks Show | Free 

What: Food trucks, lemonade, ice cream, and music by Nine Lives Gone 

Where: CC Shook Park 

When: 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.  

Biloxi – City of Biloxi 4th of July Fireworks Show | Free 

What: Fireworks show launching from the water off the Mississippi Coast 

Where: Between Hard Rock and Golden Nugget casinos 

When: 9 p.m.  

Choctaw – Fourth of July Fireworks at Pearl River River Resort | More info

What: Food, music, and fireworks

Where: Pearl River Resort

When: 9 p.m. fireworks

Clinton – 32nd Annual Red, White, and Blues Fest | Free 

What: Live music from The Voice finalist Karen Waldrup and other artists, food, and fireworks

Gulfport – Fins, Fireworks, and Frosty Beers | Tickets

What: Vendors, carnival rides, fishing, the “largest family-friendly fishing rodeo in the world”, and fireworks

Natchez – Fireworks Extravaganza and Natchez Live at Five | Free
