One Mississippi player hit the Mississippi Match 5 jackpot of $400,780.26 after matching all five numbers of 11-15-21-32-35 during Saturday night’s drawing.
The winning ticket was purchased from Double Quick #53 in Durant, resetting the jackpot to an estimated $50,000 for Tuesday night’s drawing.
Over 1,300 Mississippi residents also won big after the “trips” of 7-7-7 with a Fireball of 0 was drawn on Friday night and 3-3-3 with a Fireball of 1 on Saturday.
According to the Mississippi Lottery Corporation, “quads” – four like numbers drawn – and “trips” – three like numbers drawn – are popular number choices for Cash 4 and Cash 3 players.
Since the launch of Cash 4 in January 2022, quads have hit five times. Trips have hit 13 times for Cash 3, which launched in September 2020.
