Mostly sunny skies are expected, though scattered showers and thunderstorms remain possible throughout the day. Highs will climb into the lower 90s, with heat index values ranging from 103 to 108 degrees. Overnight lows will settle into the mid-70s under mostly clear skies.
Southern Mississippi
A mostly sunny day is forecast, with highs reaching the lower 90s. Heat index values will range between 102 and 107 degrees. An isolated afternoon shower or thunderstorm cannot be ruled out. Skies should remain mostly clear overnight as low temperatures dip into the lower 70s.
