After much of the state saw rain on Wednesday, the skies look to be clearing on Thursday with cooler temperatures statewide. Here’s your statewide forecast from the National Weather Service.
Northern Mississippi
Clear, sunny skies are expected throughout the day with highs near 60 degrees. Come nighttime, lows will drop near 40 degrees.
Central Mississippi
After a slight chance of showers in the morning, the sun should come out with highs throughout the day in the lower 60s. At night, lows will be near 40 degrees.
Southern Mississippi
After a slight chance of showers in the morning, the sun should come out with highs in the mid 60s. At night, lows will be in the lower 40s.
