It’s shaping up to be another day of partial sunshine and scattered rain chances across Mississippi. Here’s your statewide forecast from the National Weather Service.
Northern Mississippi
Expect partly sunny skies with chances of showers and thunderstorms throughout the day. Highs will climb into the mid-80s before temperatures fall into the upper 60s overnight. Additional rain and storm chances will linger after dark.
Central Mississippi
Sunshine may break through at times, but mostly cloudy skies are expected for much of the day. Showers and thunderstorms remain possible from morning through the overnight hours. Highs will reach the mid-80s before dipping to around 70 overnight.
Southern Mississippi
Conditions will look similar to the rest of the state, with periods of sunshine mixed with the possibility of scattered showers and thunderstorms throughout the day and night. Highs will top out in the mid-80s before overnight lows settle near 70.
