Your Mississippi Forecast for Tuesday, April 19

A combination of sunshine and clouds are on the forecast across the state today, with warm temperatures following the cold storms from this weekend.

Northern Mississippi:

Clear and sunny skies are expected in the northern part of the state today as the cold temperatures will warm up to the mid-60s as the day progresses. As the sun sets, temperatures will drop down to the upper-40s with more clouds rolling in overnight.

Central Mississippi:

A warmer forecast of clear skies and 70-degree weather is in store for the central portion of Mississippi today, a complete change of tone from this weekend’s torrential weather. More calm weather will come at the end of the day with partly cloudy skies and temperatures ranging in the 50s in the evening.

Southern Mississippi:

The southern part of Mississippi will see pleasant weather just like the rest of the state, with temperatures ranging in the lower to mid-70s and clear skies. As night falls, cool temperatures in the lower 50s will roll in along with an increasing amount of cloud coverage as the night progresses.
