Wednesday’s weather is shaping up to be a mix of sunshine and rain. Here’s your statewide forecast from the National Weather Service.
Northern Mississippi
It will be partly sunny with a chance of showers and thunderstorms in the morning and again in the afternoon. Highs will peak in the mid 80s before lows drop into the upper 60s at night. Showers cannot be ruled out after dark either.
Central Mississippi
Some sporadic sunshine is forecast with a chance of rain present throughout the day. Afternoon and evening thunderstorms are not out of the picture. Highs will be in the upper 80s before lows drop into the lower 70s after dusk.
Southern Mississippi
Like the rest of the state, it will be partly sunny with a chance of showers and thunderstorms throughout. Highs will be in the mid 80s before lows drop into the lower 70s at night.
