Ruth Ann Rigby, CRS, is a Certified Recovery Specialist and Crisis Navigator with nearly three decades of experience in behavioral health and addiction treatment. She is Chief Strategic Officer at Black Horse Health and co-founder of First Responders of Mississippi and Rigby Consulting, LLC. A national presenter on addiction, recovery, and behavioral health leadership, she also serves on the Advisory Board of the Center for Hope & Healing at Broadmoor in Madison, Mississippi.
