Chapel Hart returned to the America’s Got Talent stage Wednesday night but this time as a guest performance.

In their AGT homecoming, sisters Danica and Devynn Hart and cousin Trea Swindle energized the crowd with their original song, “Dam Family.” The Poplarville-based country music trio hit the stage in full force with Danica shouting “What’s up, AGT? Feels good to be home, baby!”

The audience returned the energy with Chapel Hart being rewarded with a standing ovation from both fans and judges.

When host Terry Crews asked Swindle afterward what their AGT run in season 17 did for them, she had a simple answer: “Sounds like an overstatement, but it literally changed our lives.”

Since solidifying themselves as one of country music’s up-and-coming groups last year, Chapel Hart has stayed busy with a 60-date tour coming on the heels of their studio album, Glory Days. The trio has also hit the Grand Ole Opry and has worked with Darius Rucker on a new song called “Ol’ Church Hymn,” which was recently released.
