The Hamilton daycare workers who went viral after intentionally scaring children with a Halloween mask will not face felony charges.

A grand jury chose not to indict Sierra McCandless, Oci-Anna Kilburn, Jennifer Newman, and Shyenne Shelton after the four individuals were originally charged with felony child abuse. All are still facing misdemeanor charges.

The incident, which took place in October and can be watched below, shows a masked employee at Lil Blessings’ Child Care & Learning Center in Hamilton going from classroom to classroom and yelling at the “bad” children. Children can be seen running, screaming, crying, and hiding as a result of the torture.

Four workers at the daycare were fired after the video gained popularity on social media.
