Law enforcement officials are investigating a double homicide in Scott County that claimed the lives of two teenagers.
According to officials, the gunfire rang out in the 2000 block of King Road around 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The two victims were identified as 19-year-old Deionteque Strong and 18-year-old Todd Anderson. The two were reportedly shot multiple times.
The victims’ bodies were taken to the Mississippi State Crime Lab for autopsies. At this time, no arrests have been announced in this case. Anyone with relevant information is encouraged to notify authorities.
