One of four detainees who escaped the Raymond Detention Center over the weekend is now wanted for murdering a 61-year-old man in Jackson.

According to the Jackson Police Department, officers responded to a scene on Monday night in the area of I-55 South Frontage Road and Old Byram Road, where they found Anthony Watts lying face up in the road.

It was later found out that Watts had pulled over to help a man who had crashed a motorcycle. The man, whose description fits that of escapee Dylan Arrington, then shot Watts and stole his red Dodge Ram 1500 truck. The vehicle has tan trim and a Dallas Cowboys decal on the back, and was last seen heading southbound on I-55 in Terry.

Arrington, 22, who is considered armed and dangerous, escaped jail alongside Casey Grayson, 24, Corey Harrison, 22, and Jerry Raynes, 51, by climbing through the roof Saturday night.

None of the escapees have been located as of Tuesday morning. However, at least one is expected to be in Texas.
