Jim Walley wouldn’t label himself a leading expert in forestry throughout the country, but his peers and former students don’t hesitate. Over 25 years, Jim trained countless people both at Jones Community Junior College and through his Continuing Education Training Programs for the past 21 summers. All together, he has collected 41 years of experience in the forestry industry here in Mississippi.
What makes his story a Good Thing is Jim Walley got into the business of being a forestry consultant because his grandmother got taken in by a forestry scam, and he vowed to learn how to do this better for people just like her!
