The Mega Millions jackpot has risen again to an estimated $785 million after no ticketholder matched all six numbers during Friday night’s drawing.

The winning numbers from the drawing were white balls 1, 3, 6, 44, and 51, plus the gold Mega Ball 7. There were 2,776,599 total winning tickets during Friday’s drawing alone, with prizes ranging from one to two million dollars.

So far, there have been 22 consecutive drawings over the past two months without a winner, making the current jackpot rise to take the spot as the sixth-largest lottery prize in U.S. history. On top of making history across the nation, the jackpot has been ranked the fourth-largest in Mega Millions history.

The last winning drawing was on October 14, where two players – one from Florida and one from California – took home the $502 million jackpot. One week ago, five tickets nationally matched the first five numbers drawn, with one of the winning tickets being sold in Vancleave.

“We’re happy to see so many players enjoying Mega Millions,” Mississippi Lottery President Jeff Hewitt said. “It gets exciting to see jackpots grow, but we always encourage people to play responsibly.”

At this time, there’s a one in 302.6 million chance of winning the grand prize, with the next drawing set for Tuesday, January 3 at 10:00 p.m. CT. If all six numbers are matched in the drawing, the winner would receive $395 million if the cash payout option is chosen.
