MSDH: 34 confirmed coronavirus cases in Mississippi

The Mississippi State Department of Health has updated the number of confirmed coronavirus cases in the state. 

With 13 new cases, the state’s total has reached 34 as of Wednesday morning. The latest cases are in Bolivar, Coahoma, DeSoto, Hancock, Harrison, Madison, Pearl River and Perry Counties. The virus now has a presence in 14 counties across the state.

A total of 513 Mississippians have been tested.
