MSDH confirms 387 new COVID-19 cases, 4 deaths

The number of new COVID-19 cases in Mississippi remains below 400 for the 11th straight day. 

The latest report of 387 new cases from the Mississippi State Department of Health brings the state’s total up to 303,625. With the confirmation of 4 additional deaths, 6,981 Mississippians have passed away from the virus. 

Active outbreaks in Mississippi long-term care facilities have dropped to 27 while overall hospitalizations saw a slight increase in the latest data from MSDH.

As of Monday, an estimated 290,537 Mississippians have recovered from COVID-19.
