Ole Miss baseball fans recovering from a playoff-less season can soon show their support of the team’s 2022 national championship with a commemorative license plate.
The new license plate design, passed by lawmakers in February, features the Ole Miss National Championship logo on the left-hand side with “Champions” dubbed by the Ole Miss M below the plate number.
The 2022 Ole Miss baseball team were the last team selected for the Field of 64 before going on one of the most historic runs in NCAA Tournament history. The Rebels went 10-1 in tournament play before sweeping Oklahoma in Omaha for the national title.
The commemorative plates are now available for pre-sale through the Ole Miss Athletics Foundation. Upon 300 commitments through the OMAF, plates will be readily available through local county tag offices.
