An Amber Alert has been issued for 3-year-old Kamille McKinney. Birmingham Police says the search has been expanded to surrounding states.
Two persons of interest are in custody.
Kamille was last seen wearing a pink leopard-print t-shirt and leopard-print shorts with no shoes.
