The Number of Coronavirus Cases Spikes to 140 in Mississippi

The total number is now at 140 positive cases and only 1 death. This number has risen by 60 since yesterday, Friday March 20th.

The virus now spreads through 45 of Mississippi’s counties with Hinds County having the most cases at 14. A total of 775 individuals in Mississippi have been tested.

According to charts on the State Health Department website, we are seeing 66% of cases are in females and 67% of all cases are not hospitalized.
