The Christmas culprit was brought in after stealing a skiff and leading marine patrol in a pursuit that ended when he ran aground. The ‘Goula Grinch’s’ 60 year sentence was suspended, and he’s been ordered to serve 300 hours of community service that will include him working alongside police in Pascagoula.
